Lalitpur District


The district Lalitpur is situated in the south-western part of the state, bordering Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan state. It is bounded By District Jhansi in the North, District Sagar in the South, Tikamgarh and Chhatarpur Districts in the East and Shivpuri and Guna Districts in the West. The administrative seat is located at Lalitpur town. The district forms a part of Jhansi division.
