ISKCON Temples in Uttar Pradesh
ISKCON, International Society for Krishna Consciousness is a world-renowned religious movement that is commonly referred to as
The Hare Krishna Movement. It belongs to Gaudiya Vaishnava Sampradaya and the
Bhagavad Gita forms its very basis. Lord Krishna is revered as the Supreme Personality of Godhead and all his conversations with His beloved friend Arjuna have been recorded in the sacred
Bhagavad Gita which is the core of all ISKCON temples and its followers. The founder acharya of all ISKCON Temples is His Divine Grace
A.C Bhaktivedanta Srila Prabhupada. He has most profoundly spread the Bhakti Movement which was introduced by the saint Chaitanya Mahaprabhu of chanting Lord Krishna’s name. The same principle is followed in all ISKCON Temples and so is done in the Indian state of
Uttar Pradesh too. Following is the list of ISKCON Temples in Uttar Pradesh.

On the left side of all the altars is the deity of Srila Prabhupada with His spiritual teacher, Bhaktivedanta Sarasvati Thakura. Just at the entrance of the temple, is the Samadhi shrine of Swami Prabhupada built in white colored marble.
Situated in Raman Reti, this temple is exactly on the place where Lord Krishna had displayed His transcendental pastimes some 5000 years back. This is where He and His brother Balarama grazed Their cows near the holy Yamuna River.
